American Football League Europe (AFLE) has appointed DMC Production Germany as International TV Production Partner 2026
Scalable, sustainable, and high-quality production solution for European American football operations
Munich, May 21, 2026 – American Football League Europe (AFLE) has appointed DMC Production Germany to deliver the international TV world feed for the 2026 season. The partnership aims to ensure consistently high production quality throughout the entire season while establishing a flexible, scalable, and sustainable production model for European league operations.
The AFLE is a newly established professional European football league, founded in December 2025, set to launch its inaugural season in May 2026 and featuring renowned teams such as Rhein Fire, Vienna Vikings and Berlin Thunder.
DMC Production Germany, part of the internationally operating DMC Production Group headquartered in Sweden, is one of the leading providers of live, studio, and remote production services in the German-speaking market. With extensive expertise in broadcast infrastructures and sustainable media production, the company delivers large-scale productions for broadcasters, sports organizations, and media rights holders across Europe.
DMC Production will be responsible for the technical and operational execution of live international broadcast production, utilizing a hybrid production model that combines on-site production with centralized workflows.
European top-level production across six countries
During the 2026 season, DMC Production will cover a total of 36 games across six countries and regions: France, England, Poland, Italy, Switzerland and Austria.
Production for the games in Duisburg and Berlin will be handled by an additional specialized production service provider.
The DMC Production Germany setup is based on a 10-camera concept, which – in addition to standard game cameras – includes a Super Slow-Motion camera as well as a wireless gimbal camera for highly dynamic and flexible image capture.
The complete world feed is produced on-site via a full outside broadcast (OB) truck setup, ensuring consistently high signal integrity and production quality.
An initial test match in Vienna was successfully completed and received highly positive feedback. Overall, the project underlines AFLE’s strong commitment to further developing and enhancing television production standards on a European level.
