We’re thrilled to announce that DMC Production has won two awards at the IABM Awards at IBC 2025!
These awards celebrate innovation, sustainability, and visionary leadership in media technology.
Outstanding Innovation Award
The award for delivering the world’s first fully software-based Tier 1 sports production facility in Hilversum. Built in just six months and powered by AMPP, this facility reduces hardware from 30 racks to just eight, runs entirely on Dell COTS appliances with a SMPTE 2110 backbone, and demonstrates the transformative potential of software-defined workflows.
Sustainability Champion Award
Recognizing Grass Valley AMPP for enabling a new era of sustainable production. At the Hilversum facility, AMPP’s software-based workflows cut energy use, reduced hardware, and enabled remote production operations, lowering travel, emissions, and on-site resources while maintaining world-class broadcast quality.
